I've been shopping here for many years. The prices are so much cheaper than the big name western stores. Don't be discouraged with what you don't see. Just ask for the specifics you're looking for and if they don't have it in the store they usually can order it and have it ready to be picked up as fast as they can. If something is too loose, she will tell you to take it off so she can go to the back and make alterations so it fits right. I think there is a small fee but a lot of times has told me no charge. Very nice people.

Damn rude a** owners i dont know how they are still in business they are the worst people i have ever ran in to i think the neighborhood crack heads have better maners than them. People like this have no business working retail and customer service dont wish bad on anyone, but hope they close

Horrible experience and no social distancing! The asian man was very rude and he was yelling at me to trannslate something to my mother something while I was on the phone. I also witnessed him being rude to another customer he made him stop looking at the clothes and sit down. I had to walk out before I said something disrespectful. I definitely will not be recommending this store and will not be returning!

The owners are very rude. I got left by the bus on a very rainy day, I decided to buy some shoes and sweater because mine were soaked and he kicked me out of the store because he didn't want water trailed into the fully Empty store.

The guy which is im sure the store owner always rushes us and I see that with other people as well he always rushes them even when nobody's in the store he's rude and you can't can't get your own money back if someone buys boots for you as a gift would not recommend

The owner is so rude he rushed us a lot and always stood around us not letting us have our own distance and privacy and when we asked for a size he never even goes and checks in the back I aint returning here
