The rooms are a perfect size and I enjoyed security at the entrance to our building. The views around the resort are wonderful. We enjoyed the adult pool and the pool closest to the check in with the hot tub. Although I have kids, I did not bring my kids on this trip and the option to go to an adult only pool was great except around 10pm one night two kids who appeared to be no older than 15 or 16 showed up to the pool. Which is my first complaint. All three times I went to the pool, there was never an employee there whether it was security monitoring the pools, an employee to drive the golf carts back and forth, or even a bartender. For a resort, I expected more service. The second complaint is the lack of options for food. We tried the bar for food and were highly disappointed and didn’t even want to risk disappointment from the pizzeria. Then a separate night we got drinks from the bar since there was no bartender at the pool and my drink was disgusting and honestly tasted like it had 0 alcohol in it. Let me add in that the first bartender we walked up to was a younger possibly white woman and she said she would be right with us and never attempted to help us. We eventually just asked the older Haitian man to assist us. Jessica at the front desk was amazing. She was the only one at the desk during our check in and there was a line of people and she still was cool, calm, and collected and didn’t seem to rush any part of our check in. She took care of us well.

I stayed for my birthday back in January. The front desk clerk Sara was amazing. I will never forget her. She gave me a room with an amazing view overlooking the water. It was very Serene. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable. Love the jetted tubs and the ambiance of the resort itself. Food from the restaurants was also good.

Very nice resort. Room was very nice and it was very clean! The service and employees were great and they provide great customer service.
It is a very big campus with great things to do. It is difficult without a car here but there are shuttles to take you everywhere on the property, they are very good and running constantly but it is still kind of a bummer. Don’t get me wrong, I am not complaining, just stating a fact. Again, the shuttles are always running and there are several.
I will definitely come back, maybe with a rental car next time.

This place is absolutely beautiful! So much wildlife to see, great for fishing.
The staff were amazing very attentive to their guests! The water park is worth the money! Lazy river, water slides and a small wave pool perfect for kids! They had an arcade, bowling mini golf and bike rentals…there was so much to do we didn’t even have time for it all! We will definitely be coming back for our next vacation!

Anastasia at the front desk was great! Not only was she pleasant, but she made sure our family stayed in a room that was close to the main building. My family and I greatly appreciated such a kind gesture! The room was clean and spacious, we will definitely return!

I will start with the positives.The bed was very comfortable and the room was very big. Beyond that I encountered some rude employees at the welcome center, who made us go through a 90 min sales push, even though we were already vacation club members. We go to the meeting and are told they no longer offer the vacation club. Salesman says we will give you the money you paid for the vacation club on an owner 2 bedroom by assuming the time share. Then said maintenance fees were 2100 every other year. We told him at the beginning we were not interested but it didn't matter. The breakfast they gave us was nasty eggs and sausage. We were told we would get water park tickets, but didn't we got a useless VIP card.|The food at Drafts was good, but over priced, the sub sandwiches were okay.|The handicapped room was not safe for me. I am an amputee. The shower sear is too far from the water controls and there is no handheld shower. There are no safer rails outside the shower either.|The furniture was nicked up and not .|comfortable. Needs updating. The screened in porch was great and the location by the pool was great.|Shuttle service was very slow as was the golf cart service.|$99 for a 4 day 3 night stay

Overall, my stay was an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. There are plenty of better options out there – don't waste your time or money here.

Brian P and Giampiero were our bell hops when we checked in Monday. Not only were they helpful and knowledgeable they were so fun and made our arrival so welcoming. I hope everyone gets to experience Brian’s sense of humor and contagious laugh. Also, Alvroy gave us a ride back to our unit once and was so nice and helpful, really enjoyed him! Thanks for making our stay start off so well.

Only constructive criticism would be much better signage when trying to walk to things like the waterpark and getting back to the front for the gym. Winding curvy roads are pretty but very hard to navigate for a first timer without signage. One of the reasons Alvroy picked us up, lost and tired.
