We were in town for a football tournament and visit the area yearly. The resort is really awesome only downside is the room I was in could have been more updated compared to other resorts available. Overall the resort amenities are pretty awesome which made the stay more pleasant for me and my family. The location did have a lot of traffic in/out at times, but was close restaurants, shopping centers,etc. and convenient to the interstate/turnpike for travel.

I always have a great experience at Westgate Town Center! The villas are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and I love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. This is my third visit, and I would definitely come back again. One of the highlights is the on-site water park, complete with a lazy river—such a fun and relaxing bonus! Whether you’re here for a family getaway or just a relaxing retreat, this resort has everything you need for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!

I'm an owner, I've been to several other WG resorts. This will be an adjusting review as my stay unfolds. The last time I stayed at the town center, it was a complete nightmare. This is attempt 2.
Day 1- Registration was a mixed bag. Clerk #1 was completely incompetent. I waited for 20 mins until Clara (clerk#2) saved me. She did save me, very polite, straightforward, and fast. Clara dealt with my indecision with professionalism.
My quarrel; I'm an owner, and I paid for my upgrade. Two non-owners on both sides of me both got free upgrades.
So they start with 2 stars.

My room was OK, clean, but the AC doesn't work, and there's no coffee cups.
Spoke to guest services (Pat, 12:30) was awesome, saying she was sending someone immediately about the AC. 7:36pm, servicemen came twice, still no AC. AC fixed around 9pm- so I thought it turns out! The AC doesn't shut off, so at 3 am, after freezing for several hours along with the rest of my family, I turned the heat on to counter the AC. It worked! Now, onto the electric in the bathroom, moving into day 2. Day 2: 12:30 front desk - Ashley, very nice and professional, addressed AC again and lack of lights in the master bath. 12:55, electrician arrived to address the lighting issue. HVAC arrived a short time later. All issues were fixed by 3 pm... hopefully. So, for now, I'm bumping the service back up to 4 stars, which it will not beat due to the beginning of the vacation. Now we will move on to the plumbing, a toilet that won't stop running along with a clogged toliet.
Day 4, my family and I were woke up by 6 to 10 people at 1:30 am partying in a pool area that closes at 10pm.
Day 5, thermostat stopped working completely. Talked to Ronesha (once again very respectful) at 1:45pm. She said she was sending someone immediately.

Concluding the review and my stay. After talking with other owners that have stayed here WAY longer than myself.
"There's always something that goes wrong here"
That's what the outcome is. I'm still disappointed. I pay a lot of hard earned money to be an owner, just to get sick with the problems and the treatment.

We had the smallest cheapest room we could book. Its comfortable! Two double beds, and a bathroom and we were comfortable for our 4 day stay. The room was clean. We feel safe on property... and that means alot after a stay where we were not safe or comfortable at another "resort" . This is a nice family place to stay.

Had never been to this property before so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
Arrived via rental car and found the check in,
which looks to be temporarily located at the present time.
Waited only a couple minutes before being checked in by a very pleasant and thorough young man. He then passed me over to someone to obtain a parking pass. In and out in under 10 minutes.
After finding my way to my room, I found that the A/C was not working and it was 81 degrees in the room. Located a chap in a golf cart who immediately came up and declared it fixed. I went out for a while and came back a couple hours later to an 81 degree room. Called the front desk and within 5 minutes 2 gentlemen showed up and got things working. Kudos for the quick response.
We were only staying 4 nights and had Disney booked for 3 days so I didn’t get a chance to explore the resort much. I did eat at Los Amigos one night and found the service exceptional and the food very good.
Overall, I found the place to be quite nice. My only other problem was that one day I left to go get some groceries and I returned to find a 20 minute wait to get in the front gate. I think they should try and find a better way for guests who have checked in to come and go without waiting that long.
Pros: comfortable beds, great staff, good location
Cons: wifi barely works (at least in our room)

Had a great stay! The place is perfect for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The pools, both hot and cold, were a highlight—especially enjoyable in the rain as the water stayed warm. The overall environment was clean and well-maintained. There are a few dining options and a marketplace inside, but Walmart is just 5 minutes away for any essentials. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommend!

Overall a good experience. Dated but pretty well maintained rooms. Grounds were very clean and groomed well. Nice location to both restaurants, Starbucks, and a Walmart and within about 15 minutes to the theme parks. Down side was very expensive drinks and food at the pools and the water park. Again, both were nice but $11 hot dogs and $8 cans of beer. Also be ready for a time share pitch as soon as you check in.

This resort complex is great for families, especially with younger kids. They have a great water park, maybe a little boring for older kids but perfect for young kids. It's very close to disney, making it a great alternative to staying at a Disney resort, and it's being renovated so it feels quite clean and modern.
