Overall, our experience was great! We stayed for a week and there’s plenty to do in the area. Traffic getting in the resort is hefty and a bit unorganized especially around check in time. Rooms feel outdated and definitely could be updated. The jacuzzi was definitely a plus.
Customer service has been great. Able to get everything we needed (like towels & new room keys), but sometimes the phone lines were busy, which is understandable with how busy it was.
Check in was good, Leandro FD, helped us and he was kind and they were very flexible with changing our rooms to fit our needs. There was some confusion with our rooms, but when we went back to fix it, he had no problem helping us find a solution. He was very patient, kind, and professional.
There are plenty of activities in the resort to keep busy or many things in the surrounding areas.

I wish I knew the type of bed they had here because I have a hard time finding a bed that isn't too soft or too hard and these beds were perfect. Only complaint is room was supposed to have a washer and dryer and it only came with a washer. Friends who stayed in another identical room were in the same situation. They said it was a steamer that could dry maybe 3 items at a time. I put it to the test. It doesn't dry anything. Buddy said they watched it and a dry cycle ran but then ended with a rinse cycle. Maintenance told me it was a washer/steamer but the device had "dry" settings but they definitely didn't dry anything. Other than the dryer issue, everything was perfect. Place is huge, was very affordable in February, other than the annoying "resort fees" they tacked on, which seemed like a scummy way of advertising a lower price then making you pay a higher one, as it is charged per day. Still came out cheaper than a holiday Inn or Hilton or something at best, the same price at worst, and was much nicer. I think my rooms, all in all, was like 120-140 a night in February, and got me a room with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and big bathroom with a nice walk-in shower.

The rooms where VERY CLEAN and had everything we needed as a family of 4. Front desk check in was quick and accommodated me and my sister family by getting to is rooms as close as possible on a busy spring break weekend. The resort was so relaxing and they have trains to take you were you would like to go on the property. The movies was 10/10 and great for the guest. I will be returning for sure. I didn't get quality photos because I was too busy enjoying my family and exploring the resort

I had amazing stay but I must admit it started with the warmest welcome by the sweetest front desk representative. Symari, Westgate resorts is that much better because you are there representing them. Don’t change a thing about how you deal with your guest because it stands out and you have set the bar really high for how guest should be greeted and welcomed. Thank you getting my stay kicked off the right way, I hope that you get recognized and honored for the way you serve and service others.

Symari at the front desk is so sweet! Great check in procedures! Very professional

The villa was not ready until almost 6:30 PM. Two TVs did not work, toilet doesn’t flush, phone doesn’t work and carpet needs to be replaced.

My husband and I have been owners since 1991. We are now retired and certainly using our weeks to go to Westgate! We have been blessed to meet Tina at Guest Relations this year! What an amazing person to talk with and to get things done! She loves her job and wants her guests to be happy! She improved our vacation!

The only thing that wasn’t great was the internet. It’s still like 2010!

Other than that, clean room, getting supplies everyday, smiling staff, like John working at the Draft(sport bar on resort).

We certainly recommend Westgate for a holiday!

Very nice. Has stove top and small oven, fridge, coffee pot and 1 coffee bag. great shower. Washer and dryer also. Bring seasonings if u plan to cook. But they do provide pans. Bring laundry soap if you plan to do laundry...and more coffee filters and coffee if you are a coffee drinker. People next door were very loud at midnight, the place handled it very nice and immediate. Very kid friendly. Only took a cpl pics because our stuff is everywhere. Feels safe here. Parking is a little tight, saw someone get doored.
