Cheese pizza looked very old. I asked if they are going to make another one. The employee told me they will but asked for 20 min for it to be ready. I sat and wait for 20 min…. And nothing was made and the employee was nowhere to be seen. His colleague said it’s not their department. If you don’t want to make another one it’s fine but don’t waste my time!

I recently placed a pick-up order at Whole Foods and was surprised that they didn't use cold bags for my refrigerated items. Additionally, the produce they selected for us wasn't the best quality. However, everything else with the order was fine.

This store is often busy, and finding parking can be challenging at times. Despite these issues, the convenience of the pick-up service is generally good, but there's room for improvement, especially regarding the handling of perishable items and produce selection.

Very similar interior design to the Whole Foods in Santa Fe, NM, but a bit larger here in Phoenix. Excellent everything, especially the employees who helped me find what I was looking for.

Special kudos to the tattoo man who ran the Juice Bar and also boogied over to the Coffee Bar to make my Americano. He was covering both areas and doing it happily and engaged with me in a pleasant conversation about skateboards and the ankle damage we both share from years on our boards. He brought me a sample of carrot juice/apple juice on his way over to the Coffee Bar that was delicious. I left with my coffee to go since I was driving back to the Tucson area where I live. Whole Foods has consistently impressed me with its employees and he's another example.

I typically use the WF store located on north Oracle Road at Ina in the Casa Adobes Plaza of Tucson. Again, every person I interact with there would be someone that I would feel happy to call a friend would we know each other outside the store in daily life. That kind of employee makes my day. The other great example are the folks who work at In-And-Out Burger, but that's another story for another review.......

Bakery Staff is dripping in demure and mindful customer service vibes. I love them so much. I know his name isn't exactly Thor but his name sounds like it. He is main character energy without trying. Every single person I have interacted with at the Bakery is just so kind, and just beautiful humans. Recently, I stopped in for a slice of pizza and the young lady was a delight. I don't recall her name but I was picking up something I had pre- purchased from the Bakery and she was incredibly sweet. Thank you, Bakery Peeps for being the heart of this location!

We love this location and the staff there are super friendly and helpful.

The freshness of the veggies and fruits are incomparable, and the juice bar in the front provides a variety of juice blending all kinds of healthy fruits—and they are all tasty!

Plus Amazon prime members get 10% off on already discounted yellow tags.

I don't really shop here but the customer service is very friendly. Very helpful. All I did was deliver groceries from here and the staff was very useful and friendly
