Outstanding work!!! They are the only body shop I use. Better than any dealer. The paint is better than factory with less blemishes. I am out of town a good bit and feel safe sending my wife here without worry. Thanks guys I appreciate your work and service.

Messed up my car key by confusing it for another cars key while in their possession then Kevin (I believe it was him) wanted to argue with me about paying for his mistake and he was difficult to work with the whole time and argumentative with everything i asked, David seemed nice though. The work they did was good enough but left gaps around my hood and headlights that weren’t there previously. I understand mistakes happen but to argue about paying the cost to fix my key made the situation worse. I don’t recommend to be honest, and I feel bad saying that but I wouldn’t go back personally.

My nerves were pretty shot after selling my favorite truck to purchase a diesel only to have it stolen a few months later. The truck in question was in pretty poor condition but made a good bit worse after the theft.
I was greeted by Kevin who was very honest and straight forward with me on how things would proceed and we went over everything together which was awesome.
The truck was completed extremely quickly after insurance had approved the repairs, I hope we can do business again in the future under different circumstances, thank you guys again!

It seems we accustom ourselves to being underwhelmed in the business world anymore, so what a pleasant change to actually be impressed! A deer had a bad day at my cars expense and I have always heard if you want it fixed right you take it to Wilbanks. The time to repair was no longer than other shops I checked. It looks better than it did before I took it in-they even detailed the interior! Keep up the amazing work and thank you for excellent service.

Let me first say that I am very particular when it comes to my vehicles so I tend to go over any work by any shop with a fine toothed comb. First the good and why this shop earned 3 stars: paint matching was excellent and staff were friendly. The bad? Attention to details. There were areas where body welds were done that were not painted, and where it was painted (while in a nonvisible area) it was very splotchy and messy. The tailgate was not aligned properly and I was told this was normal yet I have never had a tailgate alignment issue prior to this repair. The technician literally told me to bump it over to get the body lines symmetrical. Under the vehicle the body mounts were not bolted back at all in one spot. Fortunately the hardware was there, and I was able to remount them myself. I can't say with any confidence that I would recommend them at this time. If you need body panels replaced and painted they do a good job. If you want it back the way it was before your collision without having to redo some of the work I would consider looking elsewhere.
