I had an unpleasant encounter with one of their employees in the parking lot where we accidentally parked in employee parking and before we could realize it or even turn off the car she walked up to our window threatening us and being extremely rude. I also had my 4 month old in the car with me so it was just absolutely unnecessary the way she acted. To the lady in the red jeep…learn some basic empathy and people skills please.

Terrible store and sorry excuse for a store manager.I am a 65 year old women and a successful business owner Who knows what excellent customer service is. I purchased $150.00 in clothing. When I went to pack less than 24 hours later, I realized that I grabbed a medium shirt for my husband who needed an extra large. Manager would not exchange, never even looked at the shirt in the bag. All tags were still on but I did not have my receipt. Beware, no refunds either! Zero service after the sale. Such a shame, the store has nice clothing but will not get anymore of my business or my families.

Worst service I have ever had in my life. The women with a short hair style had the worst customer service my family and I have ever experienced. I was really excited to get a life is good shirt but the lady was ripping stuff out of our hands and had the worst attitude. For a life is good shop, you might wanna have a positive vibe. Absolute shame and lady with the bob is cray cray.

Possible the worst customer service I have experienced. My son was looking at shirts he liked to find his size and the lady working there was very rude. She didn’t want anyone to touch the clothing. Even if my son unfolded the clothes, which he didn’t, that’s her job. So instead of making money for the store she lost money for the store. Customer service is everything when it comes to retail.
