I had to return a Christmas sweater that was too tight in the neck (can't do turtlenecks) and the 2 salesladies were very friendly and gave me no pressure. I found a crimson shirt and blue poncho that fit great. Then I walked around the plaza and had lunch at the Red Grape. Great time in Sonoma.

We walked in a few minutes before closing ready to buy quite a few items. we followed another couple in the store. The worker was so rude to us and told us to leave but the two people ahead of us could stay. Why would she let them stay but kick us out? Just because they walked in 30 seconds before closing? Or was she being discriminatory. I get that the store has closing hours but to draw a hard line at 6:30 pm seems a bit of a stretch. I even told her I knew what I wanted and can grab them real fast so she could check us out. Sad with a small town to turn down business and discriminate. The sad part is that I was looking forward to making the purchases I saw earlier. You know you really want an item if you come back for it. They have cute stuff but not cute enough to support this behavior.

Great shop! Unique, well-made clothes, with an emphasis on soft, comfy textures. Many boutiques seem to focus on the smaller sizes, so I appreciate that Wildeflower carries the full range. The jewelry is great too--I was surprised by the very reasonable prices on earrings; they looked much more expensive than they were. The customer service was polite and attentive, without being pushy.

The experience at this store was awful. Before I go on DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE. My friend was accused of stealing something black off the sales rack after spending $400+ In the store. The girl working then proceeded to walk in the neighboring store where we went and embarrass my friend in front of other people and those employees saying in front of everyone that she took something. My friend offered to give her the bag and look inside but the employee refused (weird). Completely uncalled for and waste of time. Shop somewhere else.

I had a terrible experience with the customer serivice. The employees are extremely rude. I came in today to do a simple return of 2 items. The employee I interacted with was extremely condescending and aggressive towards me. She said she refused to accept the return because it was only 1 day past the return policy limit. She was so mean and aggressive for absolutely no reason. I only politely inquired about returning the items. I will never shop here again and I will warn all my friends about the terrible and rude staff. I respect that they have an extremely short return timeline but there was no need for the employee to be rude about informing of that. The clothes are also extremely overpriced and I do not need to endure such negative customer service for that price point.

I visited this Sonoma in May and later I realised I had lost my wallet, I was very distressed as I didn’t know where I had it last. Just by chance I passed Wildflower the next day and thought I would ask just in case. To my complete amazement Brittany had found my purse in the store and kept it safe for me. There was over $600 in my wallet and it was all still there. I cannot thank Brittany enough for keeping my wallet safe. She would not take any reward for her kindness and honesty. You are one in a million, thank you 😊, I am so very grateful.

This place is so cute and the employees are extremely sweet. They helped me find some adorable things and I would definitely stop by next time I’m in town
