We were wanting to surprise our daughter for her birthday which happens to fall on Halloween. When I called Wildflower Blooms and Baskets, I was cheerfully greeted by the owner. She paid special attention to detail and did not skip a beat meeting the challenge. This is the most beautiful arrangement and it exceeded all of our expectations.
