The most beautiful display of balloons I’ve seen!! The owner Windi is amazing! She was so sweet and knew exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her to my friends and anyone who wants a beautiful and creative balloon display.

Store opens at 10 O'clock ' I ordered a Dozen Baloons For A Birthday and was in a rush ! An owner or worker is soposed to be there ahead of
Time ! She finally showed up at 10:40 ! I was late for an event ! And I was to disappointed to even enjoy the baloons

This is how wonderful this business is: There are willing to help the mentally disabled in Douglas who want clothes altered and are sometimes socially clueless or OCD about it.

I mean they don't miss a beat, and are wonderful spiritual ladies!!!
