Couldn't fit in the largest size. Their dresses all fit like smalls. Nice to know that the fitting rooms are good to cry in tho. Do not come here if you're an actual girl, and not a stick size 00.

I visited this store on 2/11/24 5pm, and was stunned by the extremely Poor customer service of an associates at the fitting rooms. The associate was taking back dresses that were tried on by other customers and was not attentive to opening fitting rooms for upcoming customers. I had my son open an empty fitting room which happened to be the “handicapped dressing room” as she called it or for “people with strollers” which I did have one for my daughter. She told me that didn’t count because my husband was with her and was sitting on the bench outside the fitting room so she refused to let me use it while all of the rest of the staff rooms were taken. Her tone of voice was very rude and condescending as she refused any service to me.

I went in on the Sunday the 17th to order a dress online. & Adriene told me I wasnt able to purchase the dress online. For her reason being, I dont appreciate the slack of doing your job. I ended up finding the same exact dress "online" after she told me it wasn't available on the website. I really wanted the dress & purchased the one that wasn't my size in person. Now im stuck with a dress i had to go out my way to get altered instead of getting the size i exatly needed online. Very frustrating when people don't want to do the job they signed up for.

I never write reviews, but I ordered a bunch of stuff for new years, they ended up shipping it to another state in error. I showed up to the store to see if I could find anything to wear and Jazmine and Delaney literally made it so much easier than I thought it would be. So grateful for their help! Thanks girls!!

My daughter and I come here every time she needs a fancy dress/gown. They always have many dresses to choose from and the prices are very reasonable.
Today it was a crazy shopping day and I was really surprised to see all the employees there really genuinely smiling and interacting with customers.
After being in a few stores where everyone is stressed out and find everyone in the Windsor store so friendly, smiling and helping, so refreshing!
Thanks to the staff, we really enjoyed our shopping experience with you!

If you eat here make sure you ask for Sean to be your server!! He made my first time here that much better! I had never been so I took all his recommendations for food and drinks and was not disappointed! He was super attentive and makes you feel welcome.

Always a great spot. This store does seem like they have less formal dresses than many I have visited other than that it’s a great store. This individual store also seems to need to learn if so many people on the floor that when you have more than 3 people waiting in line and make it up to 11, that you should have a second person checking people out! But I will always go to Windsor for the kids formal dresses.

I absolutely adore this store! I've visited other stores for formal dresses but I always end up at Windsor to find the perfect dress. This is the 4th occasion I've needed a dress and Windsor has always saved the day! This visit was slightly different though..... They didn't have the dress size and staff said Tucson had it on stock and I made the drive to Tucson because it couldn't be shipped. All good though. Still love Windsor and recommend it!
