This place (and specifically Brenna) are literally the best. She helped us with 3 bikes for the kiddos and then made a service call when we had an issue the next day from a flat tire due to thorns. Impeccable service! Love this shop.

Bought a ~2000USD trek bike here about 6 months ago. While the experience in store was good, the build of this bike is clown level.

Like if this was like my first bike I built I wouldn’t be surprised but after many bikes I paid someone just to not have to spend the time and what I got was a bike with:

- misapplied handlebar tape that split after 3 weeks
- too long brake cables that scrapes the frame :/
- odd use of tape all over the bike
- zipties?
- loose stem (yes really)
- rattle dampeners not even split
Etc etc list goes on

If you’re just renting, this place is probably fine but do yourself a favor and skip spending any money on buying a bike from this shop. Whoever built this bike seemed to have YouTube “how to build a bike” and just gone from there.

I don't trust this place. They charged me a ton for fixing a part on my bike, that they had to special order, when it was most likely just the chain that needed to be oiled and would have been super cheap to fix, which I found out later from someone that this was probably the case.
Then they do a tune up of a friends bike and they call and say that they broke the brakes and that some cable came loose and they have to order a part so it's going to take a while for them to order the part and it ruined his entire plans because he was visiting from out of town and had plans to leave and now he can't leave before they fix his bike which is an undetermined amount of time. I've never had a bike shop break something when doing a tune up.
In addition, the comment below that the bike shop left is inaccurate. The bike he has is only 6 months old and was in perfect working condition before getting the bike serviced here. They said they needed to order the part which would take an undetermined amount of time and that because it was covered under warranty the part would be covered but not the service.
When he went in to ask what was wrong with the brake they said that the wire popped off, well the wire was threaded and that couldn’t have happened.
It sucks that you are trying to get money off of people this way and in addition reporting inaccurate information in this review. I hope you think about this and not treat other people this way.
Why would we get any more service from you after you have lied multiple times.

Hi Dylan, Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Your friend has a defective brake handle, we determined this while tuning up your friend's bike. We did offer to warranty it for him, as this bike is still under warranty, but he declined. We certainly didn't "break his brake".
I also checked on your complaint. I see that we tuned your bike, in April 2023. We performed a tune up, cleaned your bike, installed a Shimano ST-5703 Shifter and bar tape, for a total of $325.82. If you feel you were over charged for this service, I'd be glad to discuss with you further. I also left a message for your friend, if he wants to ride we'd be glad to make a rental available to him.
I normally don't respond to reviews, but I do when there are inaccuracies or misleading claims. If there's a problem with our service, I'd like to hear it first and have the opportunity to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. Thanks for your consideration.

Gross “Customer Service” the lady with the black hair to the right of entry sitting at the computer desk lacked the human decency to even look our way when we entered. She spoke to us the entire time while looking at her computer. Even when she asked for my husband’s card to put on file she did not look over at us until we flat out didn’t move because her energy was just nasty. We are in Sonoma where we got married celebrating our Anniversary. In no way will we support a business that has service that is in no way welcoming or inviting. I told my husband we can leave. We do not give our money to people with nasty attitudes period! Sonoma is such a lovely place with mostly lovely people and great customer service. We will also let our friends know who recommended us this bike rental place that we all need to find a new one. This place is not worth your time or money.

This bike shop is always extremely friendly and helpful whenever I stop by with even the smallest issue that most places wouldn't want to deal with. Jeff the owner has always been accommodating and his crew is very knowledgeable. After working with them, this is the only place I plan on bringing my bikes for maintenance and repairs. My bike always feels brand new after leaving there .Thank you for everything!!

Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They got us the perfect fit for a new tire and inner tube for an electric bike that just had a gnarly blowout, and they quickly got us back on the road so we wouldn't miss our ride. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
