Mrs Stephanie is one of the nicest person you could ever meet.She is very kind and shows she genuinely cares and assisted me finding items I was looking for.She greeted me with a smile.She had the store looking stunning.She went above the call of duty and I went to all my friends and family and told them to come check out the store.She a keeper thank you Mrs.Stephanie for being genuinely and helpful which shows great leadership.I will be back again.

I’ve been here twice, and each time I’ve left overly satisfied, Ms. Stephanie won’t let you leave without something. She’s always so friendly and she definitely lights up the store!

I called a couple of times, the ladies were very quick at getting back to me and polite in their phone demeanor. The only issue was that nobody wanted to give me the information to help me. It seemed like at every attempt I was just told "We are in Winter Haven" or passed off to someone else instead of an answer to my question "What kind of resources are available to someone in Orlando/Orange county area". It's a real shame, I have constantly run into issues of people in helpful positions just avoiding doing what they are there for. They tried calling me back, I guess to rectify their actions, but I am just exhausted of dealing with people not helping me and giving me reasons why they can't. Hopefully they are more helpful to others than they were to me.

They waited until I arrived for my income tax filling appointment to inform me that i need physical copies of my children's social security cards. I had the appointment for a month. Nancy in particular was uncaring and not helpful.
