Called about a car that has been parking in front of my house every one in a while i wanted to see if they could give a ticket they told me they cant guarantee they would do that even though the last time i called no one ever showed up. So i called the non emergency number and they were rude and couldn't explain the legality of this and made its a me problem. Makes me wonder what I'm paying for.. imagen calling the non emergency number and getting told they didn't know the law or legality only the officer dispatched would. Imagen if any other store or service told you that..

This is the 2nd encounter i have with this police department, and both were NEGATIVE! I run a large fleet of equipment, and with theft and things go missing all the times, i am being forced to report this to the police, and make a report! In order for them to help me locate my property in their National System! This Power Hungry COP they sent, came in acting all tough, yelling and telling me Not to make a habit of this, Who the hell do you think you are ? How is this protecting and serving? Cuz u ain’t doing none of that i assure you. This department needs to invest in educating and holding their officers to a higher standards. Incidents like these will bring a negative impact to any encounter with the locals.

There were some shady people at my house one night doing shady stuff so i called the cops and told them to come. I informed the phone operator that I had been arguing with them. They were already gone by the time the police got to my home. First thing that happens when the police get here, the officer slams me up against the outside of my home and practically strips me naked looking for "weapons" which the officer never freaking found (WOW WHAT A SURPRISE, I DO NOT HAVE A WEAPON!). After he violated my privacy, they asked me what happened, wrote down like a sentence in his notebook and then drove off. Humiliating me in the middle of the night, and in front of the whole neighborhood, they never tried to find those hoodlums either. I am the person who called the cops, I am the one that needs help, and your going to come to my house and harass me? Every single one of my experiences, with cops has been like this. Rarely do they actually do anything, they always abuse their power and you can never do anything about it. If they treat any normal person like this, I do not want to see how they treat people who have been arrested. I bet this PD spends more time looking for traffic infractions to fill the quota rather than actual crime....... Nice joke Woodridge Police Department.

I wish I could give 1 star. It is time that the tyrants of this small town police department are called out in court and pay the price. It is really unfortunate it has come to this. I am told that I will get a call from the Chief of Police tomorrow....I will update this review then.
