I haven't been inside this place in years myself. I still remember it being attached to Jim's, the old convenient store. It had pool tables & a few games...we'd hang out and play there often as young teens. I can not speak to current conditions or management personally, as mentioned above. However, I have had many family & friends of family say only good things. Of course some items or prices may tend to be a little higher than chain stores, but being known by name or need sure can be an important personal value to have as well. I'd say give them a try, why not support our small local businesses? It's possible they may be old fashioned or a little technologically outdated, however, I'm sure they work hard to maintain and they'll go out of their way to make sure your specific needs are met. If it's something they don't have or can't manage I'm sure they can send you in the right direction for that as well. There's probably someone you know as well as I that have utilized their services. I'm a firm believer in supporting people or places in my hometown as well as small business owner's. 4 stars for now and I'll definitely check them out when needed. Please leave a review if you've visited to help other's out with questions as well as helping bring in more business for this family.
