Subject: Disappointment with Recent Florist Service

Dear Wallace Florist's,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the florist service provided on April 26, 2024.

Despite clear instructions and multiple requests, I regret to inform you that there were significant shortcomings in the service:

Failure to Adhere to Delivery Date and Times: The flowers were not delivered within the specified timeframe, causing inconvenience and disrupting the intended surprise.
Lack of Communication and Follow-Up: Despite my explicit request for a picture of the custom order, there was no effort made to provide this essential confirmation. This lack of communication was particularly concerning given that I do not reside in the state and was relying on visual confirmation of the arrangement.
These issues are particularly disheartening, especially considering the importance of the occasion for which the flowers were intended.
As a customer who values professionalism and reliability, I expected a higher standard of service. I trust that you understand the importance of meeting customer expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
My hope you address these concerns promptly and provide assurances that measures will be taken to prevent such occurrences for future customers.

When I pick up the arrangement it wasn’t what she said they could do I was highly disappointed it was not even close The greenery was full of pollen ,pollen was everywhere in my vehicle that the arrangement touched it was pollen.She would’ve told me she could not make it I would have went someplace else it is unlikely that I would be going there again

I ordered Premium Long Stem Red Roses in Silver base from them for Valentine's day. No description on line on the number of roses but it says it will be delivered approximately as pictured. My wife got only one dozen of roses in a glass vase which is embarrassing to send her only that small number which cost about $130 including delivering and tax. Spoke to Timothy the owner of the shop who continued to argue with me about the product description stating the size and the number of roses, which you will never find online under any product beside the one I ordered was removed from their website. He texted me a pic of the order he received which is not the same one I received. I tried to solve the issue with Timothy but he was arguing that the error is on my side and I must have had the same email with the same description. I demanded a refund and he insisted on my wife return to the flower back her self to the store for the refund otherwise he will not take it back. I will never order again from them due to inconsistency with their website vague descriptions.

I really appreciate the easy online service. I live out of state and I ordered flowers for my Grandmother's Birthday. She loved them! Such a Beautiful arrangement! I ordered online that morning and delivery was made the same day, before noon.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from the owner (Tim) who came highly recommended by multiple sources. I wanted to order floral arrangements for my wedding, so I completed a brief consultation with Tim over the phone. He told me that he was not able to confirm his availability but would check his schedule and get back with me. Tim never contacted me, so I decided to follow up with him since my wedding was quickly approaching in three weeks. He said that he would get back with me after Mother's Day. I followed up after Mother's Day and gave him all the specifics. Tim agreed to fulfill the order and informed me that he would send me an invoice which I never received. I followed up again and Tim said he would resend the invoice. My wedding has come and gone and I never received an invoice or any further communication. I just feel that if you are swamped or would prefer not to fulfill an order that you should communicate that. I can't speak for this company's work but I would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism.

Hands down the Best Customer Service in the floral business in Pine Bluff, AR I visited a florist which my family had used for years and they were rude and no sense of urgency and poor customer service. I asked friends for a florist and they referred me to Wallace Flowers and Gifts and just upon walking through the door the gentleman was attentive and so helpful, he became my new go to person for all of my gifts, and floral needs. He will also handle the decorations for my wedding because his work is the best that I have seen in years coming out of ARKANSAS PERIOD.

The service was horrible. The owner, Mr. Timothy was dishonest and disloyal. I ordered and paid $102.00 for a 10 inch Peace Lilly. It was never delivered. I was promised a refund and it was never given. Please do not waste your time or money with this company.
