We bought the Gemma sectional at the North Augusta, SC store. It has major quality control issues. I am waiting on my third left facing replacement. My husband has to take 2 hours vacation time when we have to drive to Aiken, SC to exchange the damaged unit. They only allow pick up and exchanges on Mondays and Thursday until 5pm. We still don’t know if the latest replacement will be alright when it comes in. The staff has been very nice, but we are frustrated to have to waste so much vacation time during the holidays.

I've always had excellent customer service from this store from the first purchase. As a matter of fact, my living room couch and recliner I bought here several years ago. My king size mattress and box springs came from this store 2 years ago this coming Memorial day.

Overall service was good. Instead of the company getting all new I purchased floor models. They were in good shape. I new I was getting a floor model for a couch I purchased but had to settle for floor model for a love seat because the love seat we ordered was not put on the truck. Then I had to travel 20 miles to pickup the floor model love seat. I asked for a discount and haven’t heard anything from the company. Don’t suspect I will.

The staff was extremely friendly and personable. They helped us with our selection and gave us good advice, answered all our questions. The people who came to put it together were efficient, friendly and nice. The furniture itself is gorgeous. Makes my room look fabulous, and as well built, I would definitely go back to them again I just wish I had California king bedroom sets. The furniture is so beautiful
