Have made numerous inquiries about tractors they have that we'd like to discuss a trade but nobody bothers to respond either on TractorHouse or their website

If I could give zero stars I would, but I’ll be brief.
Had my lawnmower almost SIX WEEKS only to charge me $1,200 for a blade change, tuneup, and carburetor…..that they said was under warranty, only to tell me it wasn’t…..after of course the job was completed.
Poor communication from the get-go, half truths, and mis-management, seems to be a common problem for this place…then pass those problems on to the customer.
Bottom line, I was burned out of a grand, and there is nothing anyone can say to justify it.

Awful place, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in the door I felt a nasty eye on me. And the repairman acted as if he didnt care about his job, and was very difficult. After a week and a half of me trying to call and see how my (under warranty) weedeater was doing. And I never received a call back and they charged me a redicilous amount for just cleaning the machine.

Very helpful but only had one of two parts needed for my tractor. They ordered the part, called when it came in but charged me $10 extra for shipping. Wasn't like I had it shipped to my home, I drove the 25 miles to pick it up. It was a part they should have in their stock anyway. Seems pretty poor parts and service if you ask me. Probably will drive 50 miles next time somewhere else for parts.

The serviceman made me feel like I was wasting his time. I needed 1 part, not anything complicated. He belittled me and was demanding. I’ll happily take my business and send others to Midwest in Green Forest... or drive further if you need. Just avoid supporting this place.

The service department guy was super nice and helpful. They did not however fix my ranger after it being brought in 4 times. All of which were a hassle to get it there and back. When I went to pick up my ranger the guy got on the phone as I was talking to him and made me stand there and wait. I’m a woman who works a farm so I’m used to loading and strapping things down, but I was trying to get my ranger and load it on a trailer with my mother while my infant was screaming and not one would offered to help at any point in time. In fact the guy, when he finally finished his personal phone call, said “here you can go load it up.” I was not impressed in the least and will never deal with Williams tractor again.

Would NOT recommend going there if you are in the market for a side by side. Went to look at the Polaris Rangers and the "salesman" Kevin couldn't of cared less about making a deal or a sale. The rangers were not even put together or serviced. So I could not even test drive one. I will take my cash elsewhere to a business that actually cares. There loss not mine.
