Really good place! Super lovely staff, super friendly and very helpful! It’s got everything you can think of! It’s super clean as well and good with keeping up with policy! Loved it here already been several times! They let us feel (“test”) the products out of box’s with gloves.

Went in on 12/29 @ roughly 11:30 pm and the two ladies were absolutely fantastic! They were very informative and actually helped find products better suited for me and my S.O. Will always come back here before anywhere! Thank you ladies so much for being so kind to newlies ❤️

This visit has to be the best visit to an adult store I've ever had & it was all because of Tamera! She was super friendly, easy to talk to, knowledgeable about most things we asked about & honest about the things she didn't know. Give this woman a raise because she deserves it. Hope she's there next time we visit!

Thursday June Second.
I am 53 years old male professional.. this is for sure the worst experience I have ever had.
After picking some items that I want it I laid it on the counter and I approach the lady and I said hello good morning she did not even replied north smile. I asked her how much was the wet silicone lubrication and she replied we don’t carry that all silicon lubricants are right here and pointed at them. Then I asked if they sold leather cleaner? And with an attorney she replied this is not a horse shop. At that point I said I know this is not a horse shop of course not and she didn’t say anything. The next word out of her mouth was do you need do you want batteries I say yeah so she tested one of the items and a second item. I was pretty excited About a four items that I had chosen. It total came out to over $200 and with her attitude on top of that it made me have second thoughts and I said you know what I am not going to get these two items and she rolled her eyes back and took away the two items. She asked me for payment she bagged the order and placed on the exit side of the counter other with an attitude .

The non professional, bitter and miserable heavy set female employee never said thank you never said have a good day never said my name is so so.

If she doesn’t like her job she should quit and allow somebody else to work here that will serve the customers they way they should be served with respect. I don’t think that because this is a sex shop you have to treat people like trash. I really doubt I will ever come to this place to be treated the way she treated me and to feel uncomfortable

A week ago, I bought an item i didn’t even used it for a week, and then it ripped. I tried to contact the manager about this issue. I called on Tuesday, June 19, and they told me to call back the next day, June 20, to speak to the manager. I swear I’m not making this up. The manager keeps hanging up on me without saying a word and speaks to me with an attitude. I don't understand what kind of people they hire; their customer service is terrible. I called four times, and initially, I thought the phone was disconnecting. Finally, I asked the guy why the phone kept disconnecting, and he admitted he was hanging up on me and said he would do it again.

Visited X Mart Adult Supercenter a couple of weeks ago. Really impressed with all the inventory and the affordable prices on many of the items. They have a vast inventory of dvd's. Not only that they have a nice selection of intimate adult toys. There is lingerie, lubricants, plus much more.
Really, you just need to stop by and check it out for yourself. There is plenty of parking spaces.

November 17, 2023, I stopped to look for a specific item for a friend in Germany. I was approached by a sales associate who asked if I needed help. She explained, in some detail, the various options of the product I was looking for, which was super helpful. She recommended bringing my friend to the store to make sure I was getting something they would enjoy. When I explained my friend was in Germany, she recommended I take pictures of various product - ensuring NO person in the store would accidentally be captured in the picture, so I could send to my friend. Unfortunately, I did not capture her name. Ultimately, I chose an item. When I got to the cashier, he opened the package, and installed batteries, to make sure it worked properly. He further recommended purchasing a lower quality battery, stating these devices will not last with Duracell or high quality batteries, noting they would perform extremely well, at first, but the internal components are not high quality, and won’t work with better batteries. I asked about other options, and he provided a verbal description of some that are USB Rechargeable, some of which have two or five year warranty’s. I felt absolutely NO pressure to buy ANY item. In the end, I purchased a slightly more expensive product, which has a five year warranty. This cashier’s name is Jake…, and I cannot speak more highly of him, in his product knowledge, positive personality, professionalism, and courtesy. Thank you Jake! And thanks to management for hiring quality staff. I read some previous reviews, and encourage clients to give these folks another chance, if you have encountered concerns. Keep up the great job!

Went with my wife last night around 6:00pm. Immediately upon entering, woman behind the counter loudly told my wife "no purses or bags in the store!" As my wife turned around to take her bag back to our car, the woman added "but I still need to see your ID!" I stopped and asked "why?" She pointed to a sign on the counter "everybody has to show ID". Neither my wife nor I look underage, and I don't think the store is a high security facility. We left, never to go back. Nasty attitude and experience.
