Super rude. Wouldn’t allow us to try on clothes. Told us we were playing dress up when we wanted to purchase from her store. Never will go back with the way she talked to us.

Update:
Your delivery is everything and when people read your responses they can clearly see how you talk to people. Your still a small boutique because you lack people skills. Observe yourself and stop being rude. Like come on your reviews from 2 years ago State your rude. People clearly don’t come to your overly expensive always empty boutique because you have no manners.

My experience was wonderful ❤️ The Owner is so down to earth & willing to help in any way , on top of that the clothes are BOMB for the price and quality. When in doubt on what to wear for ANY occasion pleaseeeeeee stop by I promise you’ll walk out satisfied. Exactly The type of store that Melbourne Needed!

Customer service is great.... very knowledgeable . I purchased a 360 wig from there and i tell you it colored very well, no shredding and has great body when curled. The wig cuticles are great. Check them out you will not be disappointed.
