Reviews are true- customer service is non existent. If you have an issue with your order, good luck getting it resolved. Never order directly from them, order from Sephora or Amazon if you want their products.

What an amazing juxtaposition! How can a company so thoughtful of the ingredients in their products be so careless with customer service? There is only 1 way to contact them. Via email, which they say may take up to 5 days to get a response back AND they ask you not to send multiple messages. Additionally, the one telephone number I found for them (both on the Better Business Bureau website and Google Reviews) states that the voice mailbox hasn't been set up yet!!! Is this a joke!? Where is the accountability? They also have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. They clearly spend a ton of money on advertising. How about taking care of your customers? You can do better, please.

I spent $80 and never received my order. I have emailed their customer service twice and it’s been over a week with no response. There is basically no way to get my money back other than going through the credit card I used. Horrible company.

I'm a skin care fiend and i've tried everything out there and i honestly think this is my favorite skin care line. My skin fluctuates between dry and breakouts and i deal with redness. When I started using the adaptogen moisturizer and i was getting daily compliments on my skin. It didn't feel greasy or heavy like other moisturizers i've tried and i noticed pretty drastic visible changes in my skin almost overnight, redness down, super soft and dewy tone and no breakouts, my boyfriend even told me he thought I looked younger. I just got a bunch of other products in their line and I can't wait to try them!
