I had an extraordinary experience all because of an incredible employee by the name of Zachary Seth Ornelas‼️‼️‼️ He went above and beyond the call of duty. I know he had some help with other employees who brought him better sizing of jeans while I was in the dressing room. He even got me some shoes to try on with the clothes to make it perfect‼️ Zach is a great employee!

First time at this store, we did paid-street parking a few blocks away. The only positives about this place are that it is clean, and they have stuff that are priced reasonably. So many negatives unfortunately. First of all they are way understaffed - it was so hard to find them when i had questions. Secondly, I had to sit down on the floor to try out some new shoes. They did not have even 1 bench/chair on the mens floor where I could sit comfortably and try some shoes on. A lot of the shoes I was looking at were also not paired correctly. Thirdly, the line to check out was so long and it took 20-30 mins to pay for my stuff. I don’t understand why you would close counters on a Saturday when you expect the most amount of customers. Wont be returning to this location unfortunately.

Zara online fulfillment is the worst thing since taxes, and death. No warning as to any probable shipping issues or delays due to holidays or anything, however they will gladly steal your money then act as if they have no clue where or what your item is. No real people to communicate with just bots and auto generated nonsense. And all they continue to say is give us 2 more days then follow up. This is being posted after my 2nd follow up already. My item has never left their warehouse but they continue to state to me via chat that it is in transit, just to give me a link for tracking that when you click it it clearly states that your order can not be tracked. I would not recommend using their online store. I would rather have my teeth pulled without Novocain. Very difficult to even maneuver through their site to purchase items, much less find the help you need with order issues. DO NOT SHOP THEIR ONLINE STORE!!! You have been warned.

⚠️ Just accept that customers are not being respected here, we are annoying animals that they want us to pay and get out ASAP

👗🧥 ALL customers need to organize back clothes that the in-store sales staff should be doing
BECAUSE: They don’t serve you here, you need to serve them well like babies 🤍

I believe this could have been resolved easily if we accept that we're human and make mistakes, as long as we stay humble and apologize.

I have hope that Store Manager (if there is one, contrary to what clerk told me) to follow up this review and ensure the mannerism training is properly fulfilled in this location.

Had the worst experience at the Michigan Avenue store in Chicago during my visit for Christmas. I stopped in to purchase an outfit and when I was rung up their register in the mens section went down after the charged my credit card. They then asked me to move over to another register where they rang me up again. Instinctively I checked my card to see if I was double charged because they did not do a return and yes there was double charges. I immediately asked for assistance and the representative seemed upset with me that I was concerned over being charged twice. I then asked to speak with a manager to see if this was something normal and was met with a gentlemen with an attitude. After asking for his name he told me he wouldn't provide it and only gave me his job title of "registry tech". You can't reach the store directly and have to speak with customer service which is frustrating & now that the duplicate charges have posted I've been waiting for their customer service to research the matter which they said would take 48 hours and have heard nothing. If this is indicative of the experience Zara wishes its customers to have but I'm never buying anything from them again. If I could give Zara Michigan Avenue less than a star I would.

The store has nice collection but be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes to get into a fitting room and another 45 minutes for the checkout at the cash counter

Horrible customer service. Purposely not opening another cashier line when there is clearly a long line of people wanting to do returns and there is staff available. Purposeful inefficiency and disrespect to customers is not a good look and they need to do better.

The store was kind of messy. Maybe it’s because I came at a busy time on a Friday. They had a good amount of clothes and sizes though.
