This Zaza is exceptional, the staff consistently extends a warm welcome. The cuisine is outstanding and incredibly flavorful. I ordered a Media Noche, requesting a specific preparation, and they accommodated my request without hesitation. The manager is one of the most kind-hearted and attentive individuals I have encountered, providing exemplary support to employees and demonstrating remarkable kindness towards guests. Thank you for enhancing my mornings with a delightful and delectable experience.

My visit was good overall. Food was decent as well as service. The cuban was a bit crunchy in my opinion. Flavor was pretty bland but was juicy so that was nice. The fries were nothing special not bad or good. Chicken was cooked fine but truly didn't taste like much other than the onions it was with. Portions are good for prices.

This is a grab and go cafe. They have the coffee grinder going all the time and is very loud and unpleasant if you are trying to enjoy your meal. With the music and other people’s conversations this is not place to enjoy a quiet morning breakfast. Service was quick and friendly. The coffee is the best, so rich and aromatic and very strong. They bake their own bread and pastries, a big plus. The media noche bread was delicious. They stand out from closest rivals in the area (Panera or Starbucks). Their prices are good. I will definitely recommend for take out.

We went today for the first time. They have a fast-food concept where you order at the front, but they bring the food to your table. Regarding the food, the rice was mushy, I didn't like the seasoning of the meat, and the plantains were burnt. The soup was okay. They don't have a kids' menu. The prices are reasonable.

I eat at Zaza or have a coffee there minimum once a week. When I first moved to Waterford I needed to find a good Cuban coffee spot and Zaza was my go to. First 3 months in Orlando I went every week morning. Love the staff from the morning Glaze and Wendy. All the managers are always helping out staff and the customers. Great job to the owners and Managers.

Had a couple of breakfast sandwiches along with a couple of empanadas delivered yesterday with some coffee. They gave us the wrong empanada (beef instead of chicken) and forgot the aioli as well. I understand that sometimes it's busy and mistakes happen, so I'd be willing to try them again as the sandwiches were good. It's just unfortunate when more than 1 thing is wrong/missing. Looking forward to giving them a second chance and updating this review.

Great food for breakfast, coffee and pastries. Had their lunch..rice and beans phenomenal. The meat dishes were smaller than expected. It was savory and flavorful. Service is lacking though. Combo of not enough people to a few that have a "whatever" attitude. I do see the kitchen staff hustling and the food comes out fast..just getting it to you is an issue. My cortado did take forever. Got it after my pastries and I had to hound the young lady up front twice. But after that first sip... all was forgiven. The place had many dirty tables. But...the food is so delicious! Empanadas tastes homemade. The coffee is truly amazing. Strong and smooth. The breakfast sandwiches are sooo good. Not the best atmosphere to eat at but will risk it anyway because their food is really good. Parking wasn't that bad on a Tuesday afternoon.
