Had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff(older woman with blonde hair). While having a causal conversation, she mentioned multiple times that I am “too dark for a Chinese”. Not sure what that means but very unprofessional and unnecessary. She needs to be better trained because she is way too comfortable to say foul things like that🤢

I'm just going to say, our custom made tuxes were not even the best part of the wedding process. Irene was. We chose this place BECAUSE of Irene. I have never met someone in retail (or person really) that has been so passionate about what she does or someone who provides extraordinary service to her customers the way she does. I've walked into this wanting a beautiful tux for my wedding and left with a beautiful tux and a life long friend. She is truly what makes this store amazing. Ask for Irene. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. We love her and she always has our business. There is no other person we will go to for any of our formal clothing needs. Way to go Irene. Thank you for everything.

I bought a 2-piece suit here ~4 years ago because of Zegna's reputation for the quality of their cloth and their superior craftsmanship. Within about 9 months some of the stitching came apart, which I ignored at the time because it was a minor issue and I was busy. This fall the seat of the pants disintegrated; a material failure that, in the words of the Zegna staff, is 'irreparable.' Nevertheless, even though I only wear this suit ~30 days/year, I was told this was 'normal wear and tear' and that I would be 100% on the hook to replace the pants.
Zegna suits are beautiful, but if you pay $3000 for a suit you should get more than 120 uses out of it. That such a high-end product would come without any sort of guarantee also surprises me.
Bottom Line: Spend your money and your time somewhere else, and if you get a bespoke suit I recommend a different material based on my (and some of my colleagues') experience.

Was looking at Zegna's official set to purchase a sneaker at $850. After arriving at the store, I was quoted a price tag of the same sneaker for $995, instead of the online store price of $850. I was wondering why there is a discrepancy of online price and offline price, which is atypical for Zegna, and it took 5 minutes for the store staff to find out they had the wrong label for the sneaker. I ended up purchasing online because the offline copy has some issues and blemishes with the leather and color pigments, but for any other customer who didn't check their price online, they'd have paid $149 more. I think this is quite serious, so please make sure you check your price before buying,
