We were so excited to go see this place because we will be relocating. We both play golf so we thought this would be perfect for us.
The Realtor lady was nice and took us on a short tour. We told her that we really would like to buy new and not inherit someone else's problem. All of the places here are manufactured homes which is what we are interested in. She told us that a new one would run us around $175,000. She showed us a few vacant places that were resales. They weren't even near new and the dollar amount was way too high plus what we would have to pay for a lot of upgrades. Talk about disappointment. We also went to look at the pro shop. It was nice but the two guys working there acted like they were doing us a favor just to say hello. I would not recommend this place at all.
