This review is for the parking department and not the Jag Store. One of the least professional, rude, and disrespectful group of people I have ever met. After being a student here for 3+ years, I have no positive remarks for this office or the staff. As a Post-Graduate student, I am on campus for < 3 hours a week and sometimes not on campus at all. I forgot to renew my parking pass and was issued a $50 ticket. After explaining my situation and offering to buy a parking pass, I was denied my appeal of the ticket. The parking pass is an additional $50, making this a revenue generating service that gives leniency only when they see fit. The University already has over $150K of my tuition money, so what's another $50? When visiting the office to discuss and plead my case, I listened to whom I suspect is a manager removing parking fines on the phone and being very understanding. When my turn to explain my case came up I was dealing with a young lady who didn't speak to me, wouldn't answer my questions, wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone above her, and informed me in the least amount of words possible that I needed to appeal online and wait 3 days for their decision. As stated above, it's clear that someone there could have taken care of this while I was in the office, but their true disregard and ignorance knew no limits. Absolutely the worst group of people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.

Very nice folks... lots of souvenir items, school supplies, and snacks. The cash register is some 1990's dinosaur but they don't hassle you for your phone number or e-mail like every big chain store.

Like going to the airport, leave you belonging at the door, might as well inspect your shoes lol j/k. The lines are unbareable and the prices are way too high, worst for textbook buybacks. Dont recommend buying or selling to this store unless you have too

The bookstore was the fourth office I called at Augusta University today and it was the only one that answered the phone. They helped with all of my questions and were very very nice. Thanks for caring about us students!
