Friendly Staff, brilliant customer service but a bit over priced on Labor and Parts compared to others.

But I guess when you need them you will pay for anything to get in and out in a quickly manner.

Had issue with my Alternator and they quickly jumped on my truck got me out of there in less then two hours and replaced both my belts.

Good People Great Mechanic Skills, but Very expensive. Overall Brilliant.

1 of the very few truck dealerships in Salinas CA. Great variety of inventory. Always the first spot I go to for parts. If they don’t have your parts the parts guys are super helpful to point you in the right direction. These guys know their stuff.

The service department guys have reprogrammed ECMs for me. They worked extra hard to get it back to me in a timely manner. Even stayed late to finish it.

Just had one of the most appalling experiences at Peterbilt in Salinas, CA. One of my trucks had an oil leak through the oil filter gasket. Simple problem to fix, just needed to change the filter. Peterbilt took 1:30 hrs to change the oil filter and charged me for 1 hour of labor at a rate of $150. I assumed that their brand name would mean something, however it seems they are more predatory than other shops. When I discussed the fee with Del (a lady who works in the service department) she mentioned that this was how long it took for the repair, that they had to wait until the engine cooled and had to clean the oil spill. First of all what repair, it’s just twisting off and on an oil filter, the act takes literally less than 10 mins. Second of all, the truck had been seating outside their door for the past 2 hrs with the engine off, nothing to cool down. Finally, what clean up? Taking a rag and wiping the engine? When I stated they were charging the same as for a full maintenance appointment, she said they charge 3 hrs labor for oil change. I find this ludicrous. My hope is that someone in a management position will see this review and address their predatory practices and to warn all future customers to find alternate means for repair if at all available. They are unequivocally crooks. Alienating customers is never a good business model.

These folks are awesome. Got me in quick. They stayed after to finish the job. If your gonna be broke down, this is the kind of truck repair shop I hope to find.

They look super busy for equipment maintenance, but just could be there lot is full.. I was able to walk right in the building wearing a mask and get my items I needed.

Service is super duper slow. I'm in the parts department and it's taking forever to get any help to just purchase an airline hose. They have just one man at the counter.
