The worst place to seek service; if you can avoid it, it’s better. You can’t even say the service is terrible because they hardly attend to you.

Commiserations to all of those who have suffered through the 45-minute phone call to the IRS, only to be “transferred” and then, after another 45 minutes, have the call drop. And, best of luck making an office appointment if you live in Florida. If lucky enough to get through to a person, you discover all office appointments within a 100-mile radius of Cape Canaveral are unavailable. So, what do you do to verify your ID? You travel to another State and hope for the best. That’s how I happened upon the ultimate professional, “Mr. Fields,” in the Salinas office. “Mr. Fields was professional, friendly, empathetic and his wicked, dry sense of humor had me in tears. In a bureaucratic juggernaut like the IRS, it was so refreshing to find a kind heart who was both helpful and understanding.

My first visit I didn't have an appointment; but only waited 40 minutes from start to finish to get results-not bad for a walk in! Then I was polite and was informed for next time to make an appointment first to avoid the long wait. (You'll be given a phone number that is answered by a live person when you apply respect and politeness!) Also, be nice to security guard! Go ahead and show up with a chip on your shoulder like all the other ones who left a poor review; and for sure you'll have that chip knocked right off your shoulder along with a good long wait! Old fashioned advice: Smile and behave=and you'll always get your way! It's universal (even here in California!)

Very bad experience!
The lady with her tone of voice and her rudeness towards my mother just because my mother wanted to ask her her own questions since I don't speak and I don't understand English perfectly.
Wordless for the people who work there, they don’t know how to absolutely treat civilians!
The only person who was patient and polite was the lady in security!

This places deserves Zero stars after reading all the comments it seems that nobody had a good experience at this place. However today I was trying to schedule an appointment and as the lady helping me was checking the calendar it fell and there was a roach jumping everywhere I said what is that the lady calmly said it’s just a roach it won’t hurt you. Then she said you can leave you don’t have to be here. She was so rude but overall the thing that bothered me the most was the roaches they need help!
