I went to Cardinale Volkswagen specifically for the ID Buzz. Nick, Orlando, and Steve were all very helpful with information about the Buzz. Armando and Memo were great about getting us the numbers and financing we needed.

Initially, the model they had was not a color I could tolerate, so I decided to wait or look at another dealership. However, Nick stayed in touch and was very diligent about following up with me. When they got a Buzz in a different color he called me right away and I was able to take a test drive.

I'm happy to say that they worked with us and we were able to get the car of my dreams!

I was just looking at options and kicking around ideas to consider a newer car to purchase didn't have anything specific in mind except nice lines and good gas milage and it would have to be reasonable car payment.
Cardinale Volkswagen met the challenge and made an offer on a car to good to turn down.
And I'm happy with my new used car purchase it drives well good on gas and rugged and sporty at the same time.

Service was good. Car went in under warranty for a replacement of Catalytic Converter. Done quickly (much faster than was told so was very happy about that). All was good, all in all, but I thought the service intake employee, Mikka, was a dick! I wasn’t going to fill out the survey but since you asked 5 times I decided to complete it.

Catherine was great with explaining clearly what work needed to be done. They do a video link analysis of the car, which was the mechanic recording the front passenger area of the car narrating that there were some issues and that I need to call the service department…oh you don’t say? Unfortunately the fix was about $8,500 for emission controls(dpf filter $3800, intake manifold $1,600, timing belt $3,100 replacements). No real shade on the business just unfortunate my TDI will probably get sent to another country where this is not a problem.

I would highly recommend this dealership for any VW service. Unfortunately, my water pump decided to leak when I was traveling through the Salinas area. The Cardinal team took great care of us and gave us a few options for the local area as they serviced our vehicle.
